I'm about to watch the finale and in reading this review saw this:

“Oh Doctor, why do I let you out?” upon seeing Amy’s dolls... (Will we maybe one day get her back story? Where does she come from? How did she become such an adept criminal? And how does the archeology fit into that?

And thought: archeology, River letting the Doctor out, how did the Doctor and River meet ---> and then imagined River going to Pandorica's Box to let out the Doctor somehow.

I'm sure there's some paradox's and big problems in my theory and it's totally, totally wrong, but the way she said "why do I let you out?" and how as the Doctor was being dragged into the Pandorica I kept thinking "madman in a box" and how it's the Doctor's companions who make him more than a madman in a box, thereby freeing him.

This episode was fabulous! Loved it. Off to watch the finale. :D
