elisi: Edwin and Charles (Doctor (cute) by lasertownqueen)
Will catch up on my flist/answer comments tomorrow. For now, I just need to put down my reaction to this week's Doctor Who (The Lodger) which can pretty much be summed up as:

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

(It was like seeing fic made real. It was the most fabulous, brilliant, ridiculous and joyful thing, and whenever I feel sad I shall sit down and watch it and it will cheer me up. Honestly, I could watch Eleven forever, just being his wonderful, bonkers, Eleven-y self! Matt Smith in this interview [ETA: youtube here] describes the Doctor as being 'completely, unconsciously himself, without any compromise', and that is it, perfectly. Did I mention about the ♥?)

Had a brilliant time in Scotland btw. Saturday was gorgeously sunny, and we managed a trip to the beach, a walk in the forest and my s-i-l's birthday party, all in one day! Have I mentioned how much I love my in-laws? For they are wonderful indeed! :)
